Konoha Inoue wrote his first novel at age 14 under the female pen name Miu Inoue which went on to garner great success, but Konoha suffered a nervous breakdown due to the success. Now a 2nd year high school boy and member of the Seijou Academy literary club, he meets Toko Amano - the club president and only other member. Toko Amano is actually a yokai that devours written stories as food. To help feed Toko, Konoha Inoue now writes stories for her daily.
